No Pain, No Pain

I’ve improved these last few days. I’m not feeling a hundred percent yet but the headaches and dizziness have abated. I haven’t had to take any pain killers in about 4 days. Best of all, I’ve been able to go to the gym for a couple of very, very easy workouts.

I’d like to whine about having to start all over again but right now, I’m just grateful. I’ll take what I can get. This is one situation where no pain is gain.
